The pre-treatment of the pipeline to be repaired, high-pressure water flushing, and CCTV inspection before construction require that the inner wall of the original pipeline be free of obvious attachments, sharp objects, burrs, etc
Pull in the bottom film, the length of the bottom film should be 3-5 meters longer than the UV curing hose, and fix both ends after pulling in.
Use straps to make the binding head and wrap the binding head cloth. If there is a middle well, the binding head cloth at the middle well position should be wrapped in advance; Slowly and steadily pull in the hose,
Install the tie, inflate, and send it into the lamp holder. If the binding of the binding head is not firm, it may be washed off during later compaction, affecting the construction progress and repair effect
Turn on the UV light, set the curing speed, and start the curing process. The initial curing speed should not be set too fast. Please refer to the equipment manufacturer's recommendations and observe the softness of the pipe opening
固化結束后，待溫度冷卻至40度左右，緩慢卸壓，拆除兩端封隔器，取出燈架，切割內襯端口，對管口進行防滲
